INSPIRING WOMEN'S WELLBEING, HEALTH AND FITNESS
Introduction
Of all the things I thought I'd write about health and fitness were not on the list.

After turning 50 I knew my lack of fitness and weight gain had reduced my mobility and happiness, and then I got hit with a breast cancer diagnosis at 51.
​
After prioritising urgent medial treatment, at 52 I am at the start of my journey to regain my wellbeing, to make my 2nd chapter the best it can be. ​

Not knowing if it will help, I've started LIFE-STYLE-FIT to help me work through my journey to regain my mental, emotional, and physical fitness.
​​
I hope focusing on wellbeing and body positivity will inspire me to take continous action towards my goals, which include being 'travel fit', as I absolutely love to travel and want to be able to enjoy that for the rest of my life.
​
I also hope that some of what I share may one day help someone else on their health, fitness, and wellbeing journey, particularly in the context of cancer recovery.
